Some recent conversations about the age I find myself at.

Lal: Did I mention my friend Rhys is engaged? Engaged! I went to school with him, we are the SAME AGE and he's getting MARRIED. And no one thinks that this is weird apart from me! How did this happen? When did I reach the age where people get engaged and no one thinks it's weird.

Sal: There'll be more soon, 5 people I know got engaged last year (she is a year older than me)

Lal: Oh my god.

Belle: On the plus side, it gives you an excuse to buy a really big hat...

Dad: This was not what I expected a house with 4 girls aged 21 to be like at 11 on a Friday night.

Lal, Sal and Wren: *sitting on the landing in fleecy pyjamas with glasses of water and tissues*

Lal: We are sick! We are not good at being young and trendy right now!

Sal: We are taking drugs...

Dad: I don't think getting high on Lemsip counts.

Yay! I love finding random stuff in common with people! I talk to my computer so much, its slightly embarrassing. My housemates tease me about it all the time, especially when I call it "my precious"

Did I ever mention just how cool your icon is? Genius.

I'm the only one from my closer friends that is still not married (well, my best friend isn't, but she's been living with the same boyfriend for three years now?). Most of them also have kids/is pregnant (like said best friend). I try to not think about it too much. It's mostly normal, when your mind is not busy boggling at the thought.

It's nice to find another person (outside harlequin novel) who hate to talk on the phone to strangers. There are many more similarities I find at that meme, but that is my favourite. Well, that, and eating nutella with a spoon. Yay randomness, eh? ^^

I try not to think about it too much, but occasionally I just go "what?! Wait. When did I become a grown up? How did this happen?!" It must be kind of cool though to have lots of little kids you can play with but ultimately give back.

Oh man, that is still one of my Biggest Dislikes. It was even worse when I had to phone French strangers. But on the plus side, nutella! I had to admit that the bread was little more than a base for inches of nutella and just go with the spoon option. I think I have an addiction.

Yay indeed!

What on earth is salad cream? Is it like sour cream? Or is it salad dressing?

2, 11, & 23 = ME TOO.

It is like none of those things. Really? No salad cream in Canada? How upsetting. Its kind of like mayonnaise but less eggy, and frankly much more synthetic. Its a strange British thing that no one else really understands, and I really like it, especially in most sandwiches.

Yay flags! I only realised this after I got a load of photos printed out and kept coming across them. They are cool and interesting, oh yes.

xx
