Hello and welcome to the SPAU special bonus features!

First, art! I started writing this story a very long time ago, as evidenced by the fact that this was my Christmas present from brimtoast in 2009. It was a commission by celestialsoda (who seems sadly to have disappeared) of the opening scene and I love it beyond the telling of it. My reaction was the shriek MY BOYS over and over again. It's sort of giant, fyi.




I also have a playlist of sorts. I mean, I’ve been writing this for so long that I have burned through a lot of songs, whole albums in fact. But these are my best of the bunch (with apologies to altogetherisi because I realised after I’d made her a playlist that there were quite a few SPAU songs on it and thanks to miabee023  for sending me awesome mixtapes that make me seem way cooler than I am) and I hope you like them. All of the artists are amazing, you should buy all of their albums :D

Ah, Jon Snow's heaving manbosom. I understand. THe pdf is SO prettiful and legit looking.

Right, well, more at SOME UNDETERMINED POINT in the future. As you know, I have to write all of the things, first.

The National colours are red and white (which is just another inside joke because when me and K used to watch Idol together we would always laugh at the CocaCola branding that covers everything, heh.

I hadn't really thought about the royal garb although I'm sure that Adam has! Lots of thoughts.

lksjrhfa so clothes are something that I actually DID think about. Katy I always imagined from the get go as being dressed in an outfit ery similar to Jane from Disney's Tarzan, all in yellow, standing at the top of the gangplank all bright and welcoming.

Kris wears a leather jacket because it's damp up in the sky a lot! But his and Adam's outfits are pretty important, the fisrt time that Kris wears his official uniform is the time when they reach the stage of truly being equals. Ugh, I have put too much thought into this. His blue uniform is based, in my head, on these vintage RAF uniforms that we had for costumes at school. It's sort of a dusky blue. Anyway, yes, all of Kris's clothes are soft and worn and comfy. I also love the idea of him being all starched and miserable while Allie, in a beautiful dress tries to straighten him up.

Whereas Adam is very layered and buttoned up, lots of waistcoats and such. But at the end, where he has to lay everything bare, he's all undone.

But I still really like best the outfit that he's wearing in the art. I like uniforms, what can I say?

And yes, yes he does. What else does one use secret passages for?
