I have a job!

I have a French translator/Interpretor job for a perfume company! And it is in Leeds and I start a week on Monday and I am SO relieved and happy and excited.

And a little freaked out because it is like a real, grown up job.

Oh hell. I'm a grown up...

But on the plus side, money and an excuse to go shopping and now I will be able to do all manner of things. Weren't we organising a marmfish meet up?

All in all, I think this calls for

I MEAN, IT IS HILARIOUS AND KIND OF SECOND HAND EMBARRASMENT INDUCING AND WEIRDLY EPIC.

I am gainfully employed AND today I saw the Tardis in a museum display of Dr Who props. I will now try and pass on some of my good karma.

I'm not sure what to say about the Creepy Tom Felton Arms. There is something ridiculous about the photo, and for me, it might be the outfit. That in itself makes me want to go "Why, Tom? Why??" a few times. And possibly the eyeliner and... dirt? I don't even know. But I love him, and I will look past this. But now I will totally think of it whenever someone types \0/ --that's just the way it is from now on.

Congratulations! That job sounds fantastic, if (from my perspective) terrifyingly difficult. (I kind of suck at translation, because I always feel like you must translate EVERY SINGLE WORD EXACTLY and that doesn't... work.) You will be great at it, though, I am sure.

That pic of Tom Felton is frankly bizarre. But the JBs dancing is lolarious, I've seen it a couple of times now. HE IS SO SHINY. I was just seeing him a couple of hours ago actually, he remains shiny in the flesh, OF COURSE.

I was suggesting a possible MarmFish meetup of some sort over the winter vac, mainly just because I miss you guys and we should have more awesome fun times.
