Seeing as a while new month has begun I figured it was time for an update, and to go to the community and say "Well Done!" to as many people as possible, because we all need a little help on the way.
So, The Actually good, or completed things
39. Register to vote.
63. Sort out all my jewellry.
97. Take myself out for lunch.
The So Far, so good
1. Brush my teeth twice a day. I've actually got back out of bed to keep to this one.
10. Write something for a writing challenge each week. See sq_drabblers and thremedon communities.
14. Cook something from scratch every month
Sweet and spicy chicken, it''s a super easy receipe involving thai chilli sauce.
15. Bake something once a month.
28. Read a new book every month. Havemercy, The Warrior's Apprentice, The Grand Sophy, Charlie Brooker's Screen Burn.
35. Recycle all plastics paper and glass.
37. Don't accept plastic bags at the supermarket.
41. Read all set books before the module starts. An Introduction to the French Revolution
44. Learn 5 new French words a week. Mostly. With a little help from some friends. Thanks!
58. Hoover the house once a week.
60. Find 5 pictures I really like and put them up in my room. 1/5, it's of an orchid.
82. Customise 5 pieces of clothing 1/5, plain tee shirt into Blondie tee shirt!
95. Go and see a live recording of TV show I love. Registered online for Strictly Come Dancing tickets. Here's hoping!

15. Bake something once a month.
- 8 digestive biscuits
- 50g butter , melted
- 600g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 175g caster sugar
- vanilla extract
- 2 eggs , plus 1 yolk
- 142ml pot soured cream
- 300g raspberries
- icing sugar
- Heat the oven to 180C/fan 160C/gas 4. Crush the biscuits in a food processor (or put in a plastic bag and bash with a rolling pin). Mix with the butter. Press into a 20cm springform tin and bake for 5 minutes, then cool.
- Beat the cream cheese with the flour, sugar, a few drops of vanilla, eggs, the yolk and soured cream until light and fluffy. Stir in half the raspberries and pour into the tin. Bake for 40 minutes and then check, it should be set but slightly wobbly in the centre. Leave in the tin to cool.
- Keep a few raspberries for the top and put the rest in a pan with 1 tbsp icing sugar. Heat until juicy and then squash with a fork. Push through a sieve. Serve the cheescake with the raspberry sauce and raspberries.
