New Job is pretty great so far. In a sort of vague nutshell, I'm organising freelancers for companies, artists and stuff, mostly in the fashion world. My boss was like, "yeah, you'll be working with lots of models. Pretty but stupid."

Ugh, totally. One of the OTHER things I love about fandom is that there are people that you can have conversations with about how your characters are misbehaving and everything sucks, and no one thinks you have gone insane. It's so wonderful.

There was a period when I wasn't writing and I was probably less crazy but also less happy, so... Yes, I'll take the ridiculous getting stuck in your own imagination, any day.

I was really determined to write something cute and simple for TSNBB but no, now I have to come up with actual, you know, structure and intrigue and such. Plus they are new characters! Hard! Now I have to actually come up with backstory and motivation for them!
